First: In case of any manufacturing defect or damage in the product: GA Stylish customers have the right to replace or return the product that contains a manufacturing defect or damage, provided that the product is packaged in its original box and in its original condition, within 7 days for return and 14 days for replacement from the date the customer receives the product. The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after the factory receives the product and verifies that it meets the conditions: • Refund the value of the product to the same payment card or via bank transfer, and this process takes 14 working days. • Replace the damaged product with a new product of the same value. Notes: • The customer does not bear any shipping fees if the reason for the replacement or return is due to damage or a manufacturing defect. • The customer must return the product in its original packaging or any other packaging that preserves the product properly. • The customer bears the damage resulting if the product is not returned properly packaged. Second: In case of wishing to replace or return the product without any manufacturing defect: GA Stylish customers have the right to replace or return the product provided that the product is packaged, in its box, in its original condition, and unused, within 7 days for return and 14 days for replacement from the date of receiving the product. In this case, the customer bears the shipping costs. The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after the factory receives the product and verifies that it meets the conditions: • Refund the value of the product after deducting the shipping and return costs to the same payment card or via bank transfer, and this process takes 14 working days. • Replace the product with another product of the same value. • Returns or replacements are not available for furniture after installation. Notes: • The customer bears any shipping fees if the reason for the replacement or return is without damage or manufacturing defect. • The customer must return the product in its original packaging and box or any other packaging that preserves the product properly. • The customer bears the damage resulting if the product is not returned properly packaged. Third: The replacement and return process takes between 14 days for the entire process.
